Who We Are

Hallmark Capital is a Singapore-based corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm dedicated to serving entrepreneurs and SME operators across Southeast Asia and beyond. We work with founders who are focused on the long-term impact and legacy of what they have built.

We help business owners navigate complex deal processes with clarity and structure, supporting them through key decisions across our sell-side M&A, capital raise advisory, and deal advisory services.

Our Philosophy

Our senior-led team delivers institutional-quality advisory, guiding founders through capital and M&A decisions with clarity, discretion, and care while supporting growth and preserving the legacy behind each business.

The caret (^) symbol in our mark comes from mathematics, where it represents growth raised to a higher level. It reflects how the right capital, applied at the right moment, can strengthen what a founder has already built.
